Cream Of Asparagus With Coconut Milk

INGREDIENTS
  • 700g green asparagus
  • 60 cl of coconut milk
  • 50 cl of defatted broth
  • 1 bunch of new onions
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cream
  • Salt pepper


STEP 1
Bring the broth to a boil. dip green asparagus and new onions and cook for about 7 minutes (depending on the size of the asparagus) with the coconut milk.

STEP 2
Cut the heads of some asparagus and keep them aside. Mix the rest. Let warm a few minutes with the cream, salt, and pepper.

STEP 3
Serve immediately with asparagus tips as decoration.
