Are you tired of working so many hours a day? Do not have time to play with your children at the end of your day? Do you want to see your friends, but you can not make space on your agenda? Would you like to take more care and go to the gym twice a week? Many of us spend the day stuck in the office, locked in an office that becomes our second home and with the desire that the weekend comes to take advantage of time with our family or just rest.
We are not aware of all the time we lose in things that do not make us happy or that hinder our path to personal satisfaction and delay the attainment of our dreams.
To change this situation, which sometimes extends over time, it is necessary to produce a change: attitude and priorities. A change in both the personal and the professional area. We must reflect and analyze the situation itself, take measures in accordance with the difficulties and, finally, be consistent and persevere in the decisions taken.
To make that change real we have to know how our brain works, learn to "hack" it, know how to manage our time and prioritize the tasks of the day to day to become productive. 90% of the time we invest in work is not productive and our personal life, which is what we work for, remains in the background.
Time is limited and we have to learn to distribute it among the different areas of our life. If we dedicate everything to work, we will end up frustrating ourselves and arriving at the feeling that we do not have time for what is important.
For me, productivity is a means to improve the quality of life so you always have to have the wheel of life balanced. It does not make sense to work a 10-hour workday when tasks and work can be performed in 8 or even fewer hours dedicated to tasks of high profitability, which are the ones that offer the best results. It is necessary to take care of all the areas of our life besides work, such as health, family, leisure, training, the ethical-spiritual part. The work-profession is in charge of financing all the others, but not supplanting them. That is why dedicating most of our time to work does not guarantee success, happiness or a better quality of life.
My goal is to help people to dedicate time to their maximum values by making the hours they spend at work productively. For years I have been working on professional productivity and the method I propose to all people is based on learning, with hard work, a procedure that helps the brain to correctly prioritize tasks in each area of life. For what? To be productive and have a quality of life managing the time correctly to find the long-awaited vital balance.
My proposal or procedure consists of carrying out day by day a list of small actions - boxes - that will bring you closer to achieving your dreams. And for this, you must be persistent and constant and add a dose of motivation that keeps us determined to reach the end. For that reason, it is a useful method for businessmen and managers as well as for professionals and individuals who feel overwhelmed and want to direct their lives without feeling that others control it for them.

My mission, after all, I have seen and know, is to facilitate the method and help integrate it to those who have a genuine desire to transform, to be effective and efficient, to own their own lives.
