Lime and green tea
It has been argued that adding lime to green tea enhances the benefits of green tea, especially in reducing the incidence of certain cancers.
Although it has been shown that its concentration of vitamin C, fiber and minerals play a positive role in human health, further studies are needed to establish a more mature health profile and to confirm this potential.
This is also true for other potential effects: anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory properties, reduced cardiovascular risks and lowering cholesterol.
It also remains that its "booster" effect on green tea holds its promise, allowing better use of green tea catechins and thus a reduction in the risk of cancer, heart attack, and infarction.

From the zest of lime, we obtain an essential oil that allows:
- Perfume and cleanse in cosmetics (fight against aging skin, relieve fatigue, etc.)
- Calm nervousness or anxiety by diffusion or contact
