Dumplings Recipe


INGREDIENTS
  • 400 g of cooked meats (chicken, beef, pork ...)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 little dry bread dipped in milk
  • 1 little flour
  • sunflower oil
  • 1 jar of tomato sauce
  • Herbs
  • salt pepper


PREPARATION

STEP 1
Mix leftover cooked meats, garlic, onion, bread, egg, parsley, and egg.

STEP 2
Form balls in the hands and pass them in the flour. Tap them to remove the excess. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, place the meatballs in it.

STEP 3
Brown them on all sides. Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and herbs. Let simmer covered for a few minutes over low heat.
