One of America's favorite cakes with walnuts.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g dark chocolate with 50% cocoa minimum (70% maximum)
- 130g of powdered sugar
- 150 g of butter
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar 50 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of nuts
- 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
- 1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION
Melt the butter in the microwave or saucepan. Let it cool slightly. Melt the chocolate in pieces in a bain-marie. Out of the heat, add the melted butter and mix gently.
Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, beaten eggs in an omelet with a pinch of salt and mix to obtain a smooth paste.
Finish by incorporating sifted flour, crushed nuts, and flaked almonds.
To finish
Pour into a buttered and floured mold or covered with parchment paper for easy demolding, or a silicone mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C, for 15 minutes then lower the temperature to 160 ° C and leave another 5 to 15 minutes until a soft brownies and melting (10 minutes for me, because before those 10 minutes when I stuck a knife, I saw the chocolate flow), this time depending on your oven and the thickness of the brownies. Cooking too long will dry brownies. Allow cooling for at least 30 minutes before cutting, because before this time the brownies would be difficult to cut.
