Vegan Brownies With Avocado

Vegan Brownies


INGREDIENTS

  • 180 g of dark chocolate
  • 150 g ripe avocado flesh
  • 50 g cornflour
  • 20 g of flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. coffee baking soda
  • 1 C. liquid vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. coffee baking powder


PREPARATION

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Melt the chopped chocolate in a bain-marie.

STEP 2
Mix the baking soda with the apple cider vinegar in a container. Let it foam for 5 minutes then add the sugar and stir. Add avocado flesh and liquid vanilla and mix well until smooth. Stir in the melted chocolate and stir well. Finish by adding the flour, cornflour, cocoa powder, and yeast and mix well.

STEP 3
Pour the dough into a buttered mold. Bake for about 25 minutes.

STEP 4
Let cool down at the oven exit. Unmould and cut in equal parts. Serve your vegan brownies with lukewarm or cold avocado.
